When you look at Gold on the Daily (1D) chart, your job is not to predict the next move. Your job is to classify the market state and build a clean plan that only triggers after the market confirms.

The ATE Process:
Trend & Key Levels (HTF) → Pattern (4H/1H) → Candlestick Confirmation

Step 1: Identify Market State

On your chart, we clearly see a strong bullish push into a peak followed by a hard reversal impulse. In Top-Down thinking, this signals a transition into a repair phase.

Step 2: Map Zones (Not Lines)

ATE is direct: markets rarely respect one perfect line. Unify levels into zones:

  • Major Supply: Prior high / reversal origin.
  • Mid-Zone Resistance: Breakdown acceleration area.
  • Demand: Selloff low/strong response area.

Step 3 & 4: Confirmation & Execution

Price is stalling in a Decision Range. Per Module 2, this is only tradable after a confirmed candle close (not a wick). Remember: identify structure on Daily, but trigger on 4H/1H.
